Halfway Up

includes £19 entrance tickets into the Upper Rock
An amazing tour, not for the faint hearted. A must do challenge. A hybrid tour combining a small hiking component to our cycling. A memorable experience to cherish where we should be able to meet our famous monkey’s. This Brompton bicycle tour takes you on a different type of tour, away from the stereotypical. We start along our segregated bicycle lanes, crossing over our airport runway, riding to the eastern side to visit Gibraltar’s beaches. From here we cycle to Europa Point to see the Trinity Lighthouse via Camp Bay Waterfall. From this point our climb begins. We take in the breathtaking scenery as we climb up to Queen’s Balcony and walk the Windsor Bridge. From here we reunite with our Brompton’s and continue our tour cycling downhill visiting Prince Caroline’s Battery viewing platform and stopping to visit the Moorish Castle, Tower of Homage. We will explore the Upper Town and make our way back down via the Alameda Botanical Gardens, Main Street, the Convent, then onto Queensway, the marinas ending at Chatham Counterguard for Main Street.
Although we can never guarantee seeing our Famous Rock Apes, our Barbary Macaques, we expect to encounter them along our tour.
